疏肝理气消瘿法治疗早期桥本甲状腺炎的临床研究

Clinical research of soothing the liver regulating qi and xiaoying method on chronic early hashimoto thyroiditis

[目的]观察疏肝理气消瘿法治疗早期桥本甲状腺炎的临床疗效。[方法]60例早期桥本甲状腺炎患者,随机分为疏肝理气消瘿法治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗12周后,检测两组患者甲状腺功能及血清抗甲状腺自身抗体滴度水平,并进行临床疗效评价。[结果]疏肝理气消瘿法治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组未见明显变化,两组比较差异有统计学意义。[结论]疏肝理气消瘿法治疗早期桥本甲状腺炎,可以提高机体的免疫功能、减轻甲状腺的自身免疫反应,有利于控制病情发展,具有良好的临床疗效。

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the method of soothing the liver,regulating qi and xiaoying（SLRQXYM）on chronic early hashimoto thyroiditis.[Methods] The 60 patients with chronic early hashimoto thyroiditis were randomly divided into SLRLXYM-treated group（n=30）and control group（n=30）.The patients of the SLRLXYM-treated group received treatment of SLRLXYM combined with levothyroxine while the others in the control group received treatment of levothyroxine and prednisone for 12 weeks.The serum levels of thyroid hormones and the titres of serum antithyroglobulin antibody（anti-TG Ab） and antithyroid microsomal antibody（anti-TM Ab）were all examined before and after treatment.The total response rates of the two groups were evaluated after treatment of 12 weeks.[Results] The total effective rate of the SLRQXYM-treated group was 93.3%,while that of the control group had no obvious changes.There was significant difference between SLRQXYM-treated group and control group.[Conclusion] The SLRLXYM can shrink and soften the enlarged thyroid gland and thyroid nodules,improve the immune function of human body,alleviate thyroid autoimmune response,has good clinical effect.
