舒脉宁注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤保护作用的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]探讨舒脉宁注射液(SHUMN)对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。[方法]采用大鼠全脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察脑缺血前后血浆一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)和脑组织钙及含水量的变化。[结果]脑缺血再灌注期血浆NO、ET和脑组织钙及含水量显著升高(P<0.05),使用舒脉宁注射液后,血浆NO、ET和脑组织钙及含水量明显降低。[结论]舒脉宁注射液对脑缺血再灌注损伤确有保护作用。 [Objective] To investigate the protective effect of SHUMAINING injection against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.[Methods] The cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was induced in rats.Then the blood NO,ET and brain Ca2+,brain water content of rats were respectively observed.[Results] In the stage of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,all the blood NO,ET and brain Ca2+ and brain water content of rats increased significantly.After treating with SHUMAINING injection,all these parameters decreased significantly when compared with that before.[Conclusion] The protective effect of SHUMAINING injection in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is definite.
