基于主成分分析的保险代理人行为主要影响因素研究

Study of Major Factors Affecting Insurance Agents' Behavior Based on Principal Component Analysis

该文采用主成分分析的方法,对影响保险代理人行为的主要因素进行了识别。结果表明,影响保险代理人行为的主要因素为保险代理人工作的外部环境(包括保险公司提供的外在工作条件和保险业宏观环境)、保险代理人激励制度、保险代理人监管制度等。为此,保险公司在日常经营和管理方面要做到:适度提高保险代理人的佣金率;根据市场的情况规定合适的基本业务量,对超过基本业务量的部分应给予奖励;提高保险代理人的违规行为处罚罚金,使我国保险市场能持续健康地发展。

The paper makes analysis of the major factors affecting the behaviors of insurance agents using principal component analysis.The results show that the major factors affecting behavior of insurance agents are external environment（including external working conditions and insurance macro-environment offered by insurance company）,incentive systems for insurance agents,and supervision system for insurance agents.In order to ensure sustainable and healthy development of insurance market in China,insurance companies should raise the commission rate of insurance agents,regulate basic quota according to market,reward the above quota and raise punishment fines for violation behaviors of insurance agents.
