经左侧磨牙路径置入喉镜在困难气管插管中的应用效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨普通喉镜经左侧磨牙路径在困难气管插管的应用。方法 180例行全麻气管插管时使用普通喉镜经正中入路无法直接暴露声门的患者,立即改用左侧磨牙路径,必要时辅以喉外按压法(optimal external laryngeal manipula-tion,OELM)再次进行气管插管。结果 180例患者运用左侧磨牙路径后插管成功167例(92.8%),改用McCoy喉镜后完成插管者12例(6.7%);使用纤维支气管镜完成插管者1例(0.5%)。结论喉镜经左侧磨牙路径置入,必要时再辅以喉外按压法能大大提高困难气管插管的成功率。
