摘要 人血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅵ是血小板重要的胶原受体,参与血小板的活化、黏附、聚集及血栓的形成。近年来的研究显示,血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅵ表达在急性冠脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)的诊断及临床预后方面具有重要的作用,且血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅵ已成为研制新型抗血小板药物的主要靶点。本文就血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅵ在ACS方面的临床意义作一综述。
