培养新型农民是社会主义新农村建设的内在要求,而从一定程度上说,新型农民的培养过程就是一个知识管理的过程。知识管理对于新型农民的培养具有重要意义。然而,当前新型农民培养中的知识管理还存在不少问题,影响了新型农民培养的效果。提升新型农民培养中的知识管理绩效应当大力发展农村教育,不断促进农村文化的创新,重视推动农村信息化的发展以及构建科学的农村知识管理体系。

The cultivation of new farmers is the inherent requirement of building a new socialist countryside. From a certain extent, the cultivation of new farmers is also a process of knowledge management, in which knowledge management plays a significant role. However, there are still many problems in the knowledge man- agement of new farmers＇ cultivation, which affect the cuhivation effect of new farmers. To enhance the knowl- edge management performance of new farmers＇ cultivation, it is necessary to vigorously develop the rural educa- tion, promote the innovation of rural culture, push the development of rural informationization and build a scientific knowledge management system.
