河北省普通高校运动人体科学师资队伍建设现状与分析

Research of Current Teacher Team Construction of the Regular Science of Kinetic Human Body Major of Colleges and Universities in Hebei Province

以河北省13所普通高校运动人体科学在岗教师为调查对象,采用问卷调查对师资队伍结构、科研能力、职后教育等几个方面进行分析,指出河北省普通高校运动人体科学师资队伍存在的问题,为改善教师队伍结构,培养高质量教师队伍提供参考。

In this article,we illustrate some problems existing in the Science of kinetic human body major Faculty building of 13 colleges and universities in Hebei Province.In order to provide reference to improve the teacher team construction and quality.Main questions are as follows：Relatively large proportion of young teachers;（2）Foreign language proficiency is low,especially in the higher title of middle-aged teachers;（3）Published papers and the level of commitment to issues to be further improved.
