摘要
目的本研究是为了评估在合并营养不良的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中,进行饮食干预所带来的影响,从而指导临床医师工作。方法针对88例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期合并营养不良的患者进行了随机非双盲实验。研究组受到了饮食方面的忠告和饮食强化指导,而对照组仅接收到了饮食忠告传单。在饮食干预前后分别进行两次SGRQ、SF-36问卷调查。结果 SGRQ问卷总积分比较,研究组较对照组积分降低;而SF-36问卷调查中研究组较对照组积分增加,两组差异显著,有统计学意义。结论在实验期间,个体化饮食干预可给慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期合并营养不良的患者带来益处,最终使他们的生命质量得到改善。
Objective A study was undertaken to assess the impact of dietary counseling and food fortification on outcome in patients with COPD who were at risk of malnutrition, and giving clinical provide conducting. Methods A randomized controlled unb- lined trial was performed in 88 patients with COPD who were malnutrition. The intervention group received dietary counselling and advice on food fortification and the controls received a dietary counselling leaflet. We had done the twice times for the St George' s Respiratory Questionnaire and Short Form -36 health Questionnaire during the beginning and end of the lab. Results Significant difference were observed between the groups in St George' s Respiratory Questionnaire total score, the study group' s total score was declined. In Short Form - 36 health change total score, the study group' s total score was increased. Conclusion Dietary intervention include dietary counseling and food fortification could improvement the patient' s quality of life who are in nutritionally at-risk patients with COPD during the intervention period.
