治伤散巴布剂在老年冠心病血管损伤中的应用

目的研究治伤散巴布剂对老年冠心病患者血管损伤后的修复作用。方法随机将我市40例老年冠心病血管穿刺伤患者分成2组,分别采用治伤散巴布剂和硫酸镁纱布湿敷血管损伤处,观察穿刺损伤处疼痛和淤血水肿消失时间,比较两种方法对血管损伤作用效果。结果治伤散巴布剂消除疼痛和淤血水肿平均时间分别为18小时,14.4小时;硫酸镁纱布湿敷消除疼痛和淤血水肿平均时间分别为25.8小时,31.2小时;采用行×列χ2检验,两组结果有高度统计学意义。结论治伤散巴布剂能消除老年冠心病患者血管损伤的疼痛和淤水肿。

Objective Study on Zhishangsan Babu agents in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after vascular injury re- pair. Methods Random I in 40 cases of senile coronary heart disease blood vessel puncture wounds were divided into 2 groups, respectively, using Zhishangsan Babu agent and magnesium sulfate wet gauze vascular injury, observation puncture injury pain and gore oedema disappearing, the comparison of two methods for vascular damage effect. Results Zhishangsan Babu agent to eliminate pain and gore oedema average time respectively for 18 hours, 14.4 hours ; magnesium sulfate wet gauze to eliminate pain and gore oedema average time respectively for 25.8 hours, 31.2 hours; the column X2 test, two sets of results are highly statistically signifi- cant. Conclusion Zhishangsan Babu agent can eliminate the pain in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and vascular injury and edema.
