Experience and effectiveness of tumor nurses specialist on training

目的探讨肿瘤专科护士培训的模式,以提高肿瘤专科护士的培训效果。方法根据培训目标和培训课程,自行设计调查问卷,包括肿瘤护理理论知识、护理实践操作、护理科研、自我防护意识四个方面,分别在培训前和培训后发放调查问卷,对培训效果进行分析和总结。结果经过3个月的专科理论和实践的培训,护士整体掌握了培训内容,提高了综合能力。结论通过肿瘤专科培训,护士丰富了专业知识、掌握了专科实践操作,学会了自我防护,激发了护理科研的兴趣,能够更好的服务于临床。

Objective To improve effectiveness of training through discussing the training model of tumor specialist nurses. Methods According to the training objectives and courses, self-designed questionnaire, including knowledge of cancer nursing the- ory, nursing practice operation, nursing research, and self-protection awareness four aspects, was used to analyze and sum up the effects of training, respectively, before and after training. Results After three months of specialist training in theory and practice, nurses were trained to grasp the overall content, and improve the comprehensive ability. Conclusion By the tumor specialist nurses training, the nurses enriched professional knowledge, mastered in specialist practice operation, learned to self-defense, and stimulated interest in nursing research. All of these could better serve the clinical.
