对贵阳市基层农业技术推广体系建设的思考——基于154个农户的调查分析

Construction of Agri-Tech Popularization Mechanism at Basic Level in Guiyang——based on a Survey on 154 Rural Households

通过对贵阳市154个农户调查所得资料的分析研究,贵阳市基层农业技术推广体系存在的问题是:基层农技推广中心职能弱化、农业技术推广内容难以适应农民对技术的需求、农技部门推广方式不适应现代农业的需求。解决对策主要有:加强经费投入、创新体制机制、实行绩效管理、加强队伍建设、探索先进服务方式等方面的对策建议。

The survey on 154 rural households in Guiyang indicates that existing problems in the popularization of agricultural technique at basic level include the function attenuation of working department, the failure of the tech to meet practical needs and the unfitness of working methods. Relevant solutions are： improving financial input, innovating working mechanism, adopting achievement management, improving team construction and exploring advanced service mode.
