摘要 评估具有多个因素的某机载超短波通信系统的效能。构建了机载超短波通信系统的效能指标体系,结合层次分析思想和模糊综合评判模型,通过工程经验和专家评定构造判决矩阵并选取适当的模糊算子进行处理,评估给定系统的效能;并分析比较了不同权重指标因子对系统效能的影响;定量的评估结果表明该机载超短波通信系统效能具有良好等级。 The effectiveness of an airborne ultrashort wave communication system which has some compli- cated factors is analyzed. To analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the given system, a fuzzy synthetic model combined the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is built. Using the model and the judicative ma- trix which can be structured based on the experience of projects and expert judgement, analyzes the given system effectiveness and obtains a better evaluation. Finally it discusses the difference of which the system effectiveness is affected by the factors.
