基于Pro/Toolkit异步模式准双曲面齿轮参数化3D建模

摘要 以球面渐开线齿廓理论为基础,运用方程生成曲线方式完成三维模型的建立,以通用三维软件Pro/E中的Pro/Toolkit开发模块为接口,用Visual C++6.0作为开发语言进行二次开发,实现了格利森制准双曲面锥齿轮参数化三维建模的具体过程。采用异步模式实现Visual C++6.0与Pro/E无缝集成完成参数化设计,避免了相似结构给设计工作带来的重复性和繁琐性,极大提高设计效率,为正在发展的CAD提供了一个有效的途径和方法。 Three-dimensional model based on spherical involute tooth profile theory, is established of equation generating curves. And Visual C + + 6.0 is used as the second-development language by the approach with Pro/TOOL- KIT application program of Pro/E as interface, then the 3D parametric modeling of Glesson Hypoid Gear is a- chieved. The asynchronous mode is used to realize the seamless integration of Visual C + + 6.0 and Pro/E so as to avoid the repetition and trouble to the design work due to the similar and complex structure, thus improves the design efficiency of product and provides an effective way and method to the developing CAD technology.
