摘要 蜡样芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus,B.cereus)是一种革兰阳性需氧芽孢杆菌,广泛分布于植物和土壤等环境中,它是一种食源性致病菌,通常引起食物中毒的B.cereus为呕吐型和腹泻型两类,常在世界范围内引起食物中毒[1-3]。检测B.cereus的传统方法是培养法,但其敏感性低且耗时长。聚合酶链式反应(PCR),是一种DNA扩增技术,当存在模板DNA、底物、上下游引物和耐热DNA聚合酶时,
