某办公建筑能耗调查与节能潜力分析

Energy Consumption Investigation and Energy-saving Analysis on an Office Building

随着我国办公事业的发展,办公建筑规模和办公设备都有了很大程度的改善。同时办公建筑的能源消耗也在不断增加,在保障办公质量基础上的节能减排成为办公建筑能源管理面临的一个重要问题。通过现场实测加数据采集的方法实地调研了某办公建筑的能源使用情况。通过对能源账单和测试数据的分析,总结了该建筑能耗规律及相关的影响因素。最后针对调查过程中发现的问题,提出了一些办公建筑节能的对策,以期为办公建筑的能源管理提供参考。

With the development of office facilities in China,the scope of office building and office equipment were improved at a large extent.Meanwhile,the energy consumption of office building was also increased.Therefore,it was an important issue for the office building to save energy and reduce consumption on the basis of keeping the office quality.The energy conditions in an office building were investigated by locale survey and data collection.The rule of energy consumption and its interrelated influencing factor were analyzed with the energy bills and test date.Finally,some energy-saving strategies for public buildings were proposed aiming at the problems that found out during the investigation process.
