摘要
比较了不同食物 (人工卵赤眼蜂蛹、米蛾卵和萝卜蚜 )饲养对中华草蛉幼虫、蛹发育和成虫繁殖力的影响。结果表明 ,单体饲养时 ,幼虫食物对草蛉幼虫和蛹发育历期有显著影响 ,人工卵赤眼蜂蛹使草蛉幼虫和蛹发育历期延长 ,但仅比萝卜蚜组分别延长 0 .4和 0 .4天。 3种食物饲养的成虫产卵量均没有差异。群体饲养时 ,人工卵赤眼蜂蛹与米蛾卵的饲养效果相似。因此 ,从发育、繁殖力和群养效果来看 ,人工卵赤眼蜂蛹可作为中华草蛉大量饲养的替代食物。
Experiments were conducted to investigate the suitability of rearing Chrysopa sinica using pupae of Trichogramma spp. produced on artificial eggs. Turnip aphid and rice moth eggs were used as control. Results showed that, foods of chrysopid larvae had significant effects on larval and pupal durations under single rearing condition. Although larval and pupal duration of C.sinica reared on Trichogramma pupae were 0.4 d each longer than those reared on turnip aphid, yet no marked difference in fecundity was found between adults reared with different foods during their larval stage. Efficacy of group rearing chrysopid larvae using Trichogramma pupae was similar to that of using rice moth eggs. From the point of development, fecundity and group rearing efficacy, Trichogramma pupae produced on artificial eggs can be used as factitious prey for larvae of Chrysopa sinica.
