基于“紧凑”内涵解读的紧凑度量与评价研究——“紧凑度”概念体系与指标体系的构建

The Research on Compactness Based on Analyzing the Meaning of"Compact":Constructing theS ystem of Concepts and Indexes for"Compactness"

本文在较为完整地解读"紧凑"内涵的基础上着力探讨"紧凑"的度量与评价。文中从形式、规模、密度、结构和过程五个不同视角分类介绍了当前国际上关于"紧凑度"的相关研究,并就其切入点与研究方法进行了深入探讨,从而系统地展现了国际间关于紧凑度量研究的现状。同时,本文从"紧凑"内涵出发,有效界定出"紧凑度"的概念本质,即"对城市空间相对土地利用的效率以及相对市民行为的质量的衡量",进而将其分解为"客体紧凑度"与"主体紧凑度"。在这一宏观思路的指导下,本文构建出较为完整和系统的"紧凑度"概念体系与指标体系。

With a deep insight into＇compactness＇,this paper explores methods for the measurement and evaluation of＇compactness＇.Firstly,it individually introduces recent studies on the＇measurement of compactness＇from five different perspectives,and points out the problems of current study are almost due to lacking the guidance of precise concept and macro-thinking.Then based on this cognition,the paper effectively defines essential conception of ＇measurement of compactness＇,that is ＇measurement of the efficiency of urban space to land use and the quality of urban space to citizen＇s behavior＇,furthermore,it can be divided into two correlated components：＇objective compactness＇ and＇subjective compactness＇.Finally,this paper establishes a comparatively integrated and systematical framework of the concept and indicators of the＇measurement of compactness＇.
