中药外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎48例

48 Cases of Acute Gouty Arthritis Treated with the External Application of Chinese Medicine

目的观察自拟中药三黄散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法选择48例急性痛风性关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各24例。治疗组予自拟中药三黄散外敷治疗,对照组用口服新廣片治疗,两组饮食控制及其他一般治疗方法相同。结果比较治疗后两组疗效、患者关节止痛时间及肿胀消退时间。治疗后两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组患者关节止痛时间及肿胀消退时间显著短于观察组(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药三黄散有清热利湿、解毒通络、凉血消肿止痛的功效,外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效较好,能明显改善急性痛风性关节炎患者局部关节红肿热痛症状,无胃肠刺激,操作简便,价格低廉,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the efficacy on acute gouty arthritis treated with the external application of self-prepared sanhuang powder.Methods 48 cases of acute gouty arthritis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,24 cases in each one.In treatment group,the external application of self-prepared sanhuang powder was applied.In control group,xinhuang tablets were prescribed for oral administration.The dietary control and the other general treatment were same in two groups.Results The efficacy,the time of joint pain relieving and the time of swelling removing were compared between two groups after treatment.The total effective rate was different significantly in statistics between two groups after treatment（P0.05）.The time of joint pain relieving and that of swelling removing in treatment group were shorter significantly than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The self-prepared sanhuang powder acts on clearing away heat,removing damp,detoxification,promoting the circulation in collaterals,cooling blood,relieving swelling and stopping pain.It achieves the good effect on acute gouty arthritis via external application and remarkably improves in local joint redness,swelling,burning feeling and pain for the patients with acute gouty arthritis,without any gastrointestinal irritation.This therapy is simple in operation and low in cost.Hence,it deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
