摘要
在社会利益矛盾冲突不断激化的背景下,中国工会的发展策略必须关注三个基本命题:(一)工会应该代表谁的利益?答案是工会要通过"分散组织的联合"来维护工人的经济利益。(二)工会靠什么力量来代表工人利益?答案是要靠集体行动的"暴力"和工会管理层的理性决策能力。(三)中国工会组织的现实目标是什么?答案是工会的短期目标是维护工人的工作岗位、工资水准和工作条件;工会的长期目标是构建共同决定权和集体谈判的劳动关系结构。
For the purpose of researching "Worker Union", this article analyzed three topics. Firstly, whose benefit is the object of "Worker Union"? The answer is worker's economic benefit with "bonds of dispersed organizations". Secondly, what is the ability of "Worker Union"? The answer is "Collective Action" and rational leader. Thirdly, what is the present moving goal of "Worker Union"? The answer is two parts: one part is working opportunity, cision-Right" and "Collective Bargaining" in long-run. salary, working condition in short-run; another part is "Gather-Decision-Right" and "Collective Bargaining" in long-run.
