摘要
面对新形势新任务,工会干部学校要不断开拓创新教育培训工作思路,履行工会干部教育培训职能,根据经济社会快速发展的需要,结合社会的焦点和热点问题,开展灵活多样的培训方式,加大教育培训力度,提高工会干部的整体素质,适应时代发展需要。
Facing the new situation and new tasks, trade union cadres school should continue to develop and innovate the education and training ideas, perform the functions of trade union cadres in education and training; according to the needs of rapid economic and social development, with the focus and hot social issues, carry out flexible training way, strenthen education and training, improve the overall quality of trade union cadres to meet the development needs of the times.
