On the Man's Growing Breast and the Eunuch's Growing Beard in Zhou Zhilian's Shuang Zhong Miao

周穉廉《双忠庙》中有两个重要关目:一是男仆王保生乳,二是太监骆善生须。焦循称之"为保孤佳话"。剧本出此情节,除戏曲史家们分析的作者在创作上有"作意好奇"、"故意作惊人语"之倾向外,也有一定的传说或记述为依托。就剧中描写的"男生乳"、"女生须"两个关目细节的历史积淀作以考述,可以窥见作者艺术描述的文化底蕴。
