摘要
做好青年工作,为青年服务,是共青团组织的首要工作。文章结合医院工作的实际情况,对医院共青团组织的现状、原因进行了认真思考,认为团组织弱化的原因包括社会因素、体制因素等多方面,并提出了加强和改进医院团组织工作的对策。
It is the priority work for Communist Youth League to do the youth work well and serve for the youth. The article, based on the actual conditions of hospital youth work, analyses the current situations and the causes of it. The reasons of Communist Youth League becoming weakened include social, system, etc. Countermeasures of enforcing and promoting hospital work of Communist Youth League are also put forward.
