摘要
高校青年中层后备干部是高校的骨干力量,培养一支高素质的后备干部队伍是加强高校干部队伍建设的重要举措。文章在对青年中层干部现状分析的基础上,从健全选拔机制、丰富教育内容与形式、拓展实践锻炼平台、实施备用结合的动态管理等4个方面,提出了加强高校青年中层后备干部队伍建设的若干思考与建议。
Young middle-level reserve cadre is backbone in colleges and universities. It is an important measure to strengthen the cadre team construction by raising a high quality reserve cadre troop.
