摘要
"春泥计划"是浙江省委、省政府推出的促进未成年人健康成长的一项育人工程,是进一步加强农村未成年人思想道德建设的又一重要举措。文章就如何挖掘、利用、整合各种本土资源,有效地实施"春泥计划",提出了相应的对策与建议。
＂The chunni project＂ is an educational project launched by Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and the People＇s Government of Zhejiang Province to promote minors＇ health and growth. It is also an important measure to strengthen the moral construction for the rural minors. The article puts foward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to unearth, use and integrate native resource to implement ＂the chunni project＂ effectively.
