摘要
针对虚拟学习社区中知识转移与网络结构的关系问题,应用社会网络分析方法对某虚拟学习社区进行了分析,探讨了社会网络结构和社会网络互动对知识转移的影响,以期促进网络结构优化,为网络教育创造更有利的教学环境。
Aiming at the question of the relationship between knowledge transfer and network structure in virtual learning community, this paper, by using social networks analysis and taking a certain virtual learning community as its object of study, will analyze and explore into the effects of social networks structure and interaction within the virtual learning community on knowledge transference. It aims at optimizing the networks structure and creating a more advantageous teaching and learning environment.
