煤矿安全隐患排查治理体系及内控流程的研究

Study on investigation and management system for safety hidden dangers and internal control processes in coal mines

以安全隐患排查治理工作为主线,从隐患排查机制(全员激励巡查)、隐患治理机制(程序控制治理)、隐患追溯机制(系统追溯预防)3个方面构建了煤矿安全隐患排查治理体系,系统研究了安全隐患管理机制。同时立足煤矿实际,围绕隐患排查治理工作设计了源头内在驱动激励排查、过程中程序化控制治理、事后追溯分析预防隐患的技术方法和内控流程,以消除安全隐患,改善安全状况,提升煤矿安全保障能力。

Based on investigation and managment of safety hidden dangers, this paper provides a system involving the menchanisms of investigation, management and retrospective for safety hidden dangers, and systematic study the management menchanism for safety hidden dangers. Meanwhile, the technical methods and internal control processes relative to the investigation of motivation driving, the management of programmed control and the prevention of traceability analysis have been designed for the purpose of eliminating the hidden danger, improving the safety situation and promoting mine safety support capabilities.
