摘要
刘园子煤矿在井筒施工中,采用工作面预注浆方法成功通过了白垩系砂砾岩涌水段。采用脲酫树脂加草酸加强型封堵液和普通硅酸盐水泥加XPM纳米灌注剂,分别处理主井和副井井筒,同时采取加密布孔、围幕注浆和加大压力等技术措施和手段,使凿井工作面预注浆取得了良好的效果,并对两种材料效果进行了对比分析。
The section with water gushing in the cretaceous sandy conglomerate of Liuyuanzi coal mine was successfully get across during the shaft construction by using pre-grouting method. Using urea-formaldehyde resins mixed oxalic acid or ordinary portland cement blended XPM nanometered perfusion agent as the sealing liquids, the main shaft and auxiliary shaft were respectively sealed with the aid of other techniques, such as drilling in small intervals, surrounding grouting and enhancing grouting pressure, achieving a good result. The sealing effects of two materials were comparatively analyzed too.
