Hybrid mean value of L-functions weighted by character sums

考虑特征和的均值估计,张小蹦研究了不完整区间上特征和与Dirichlet L-函数倒数的均值估计。利用初等方法以及Igor E.Shparlinski的思想,改进了张小蹦结论的误差项。

As one application of character sums estimation,Mean value estimate of inversion of Dirichlet L-function weighted by incomplete character sums is studied by ZHANG Xiao-beng in [4].Here the error term in the conclusion of [4] is improved by using elementary method and Igor＇s idea in[5].
