摘要
目的探讨低位直肠癌术后早期应用肠内营养(EN)制剂可行性和效果。方法 64例随机分为肠内营养(EN)组和肠外营养组(PN)组,EN组经鼻饲管于术后1 d开始EN,PN组使用传统方法,观察患者继发感染情况以及术后白蛋白、前白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数等变化情况。结果 EN组手术7 d后LY、ALB及PA均高于对照组(P<0.05),术后肠蠕动恢复时间与肛门排气时间EN组均早于PN组,P<0.05。结论直肠癌术后患者经鼻肠管早期EN,无创、安全、简便、有效,有助于肠道排气、排便功能恢复,维持机体的免疫功能,防治感染,减少并发症发生,促进术后患者的恢复。
[ Objective ] To study the safety and effect of early enteral nutrition support for patients with super-low colorectal cancer. [ Method ] 64 patients with colorectal cancer were randomized into 2 groups. 32 patients in the NE group (enteral nutrition group) were applied with nutrison fibre, 32 patients in the PN (traditional therapy group) were applied with traditional method. [ Results ] On the 8th postoperative day, LY, ALB and PA in the NE group were higher than those in the control group (P 〈0.05), recovery time of passing flatus was faster (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] Postoperative early enteral nutritional could promote the recovery of gastro intestinal function, ameliorate nutritional status and cell immune function and reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction and complication.
