摘要
论述了采用离散化技术进行离心泵叶轮轴面投影图设计的两种方法。对轴面投影图设计的正问题——由前后盖板流线确定轴面投影图的传统的程序设计方法进行了优化 ;同时着重讨论了由后盖板流线及附加中线方程确定轴面投影图的一种新的设计方法——轴面投影图设计的反问题 ,采用离散化技术避免了繁琐的内切圆圆心轨迹推导的数学过程 ,运用高次多项式作为目标函数 ,改变多项式的阶数及系数进行优化设计。
Two methods of designing wheel axial projection draw of centrifugal pump based on discrete numerical technology are dealt with. One is the traditional way that axial projection draw is decided by front and rear flow shape, the other axial projection draw is depended on rear and mid flow shape. Because of discrete numerical technology, the math process to drive the trace of internal-tangent circle between front and rear flow shapes is avoided. The software of design and optimum for centrifugal pump are designed with Visual Basic program language.
