The Basic Idea,Development Model and Operation Mechanism of Community Learning Centers in Village

农村社区学习中心的基本理念包括促进农村社区和谐发展,关注人的生命意义和转变态度、参与合作、行动分享三个主要方面。基本确立了以学校为中心、学校和社区合作、地方政府支持、高校项目引领、社区全员参与的多元合作的发展模式。为实施上述模式,实行了以职能中心、基地为示范,以学校为载体、活动为形式,以可持续为原则,以自主发展为导向的运作机制。

The basic idea of community learning centers in village includes three main parts, promoting the harmonious development of rural communities, paying attention to the meaning of life and changing attitude, participation and cooperation, sharing action. It establishes a diverse cooperation model of development： school as the center, collaboratiion between the school and community, which is supported by the local government , leaded by college project, and participated by full community. In order to implement the above mode, the operating mechanism is： the function as center, the demonstration as base, the school as carrier, the activities as form, the sustainability as the principle, and the independent development as the guidance.
