摘要
基于战略协同理论,从业务相关性的角度,以零售企业、餐饮、旅游、旅馆企业以及机械、装备、仪表制造企业2000~2010年涉足房地产业务的上市公司为样本,研究主营业务与房地产业务相关性不同的企业进入房地产行业多元化战略的协同效应差异。结果表明:主营业务与房地产业务具有相关性的企业进入房地产行业的多元化战略能够实现协同效应,有利于企业主营业务的发展;而主营业务与房地产业务没有相关性的企业进入房地产行业的多元化战略则损害企业主营业务的发展。
Based on the theory of strategic coordination,this paper studies the difference of synergistic effects among those whose main business to different extent related to real estate industry from the angle of business relativity,taking the listed companies that has been involved in real estate business between 2000 and 2010 from the industries of retailing,restaurants,tourism,hotel,machinery,equipment,instrument manufacturing as examples.The results show that: the companies whose main business related to real estate business will achieve synergy effects with related diversification strategy into real estate industry and help their main business development;while those whose main business unrelated to real estate business do gain harm to the development of their main business with same strategy.
