大学肥胖女生功率车运动摄氧量估算方法的实验研究

摘要 目的验证ACSM功率车摄氧量推算公式的效度,建立适合中国大学肥胖女生的摄氧量推算公式,为减肥运动强度的把握提供依据。方法从60名肥胖女生中随机抽取40名受试者进行功率车运动。将摄氧量实测值和ACSM功率车运动摄氧量推算公式的推测值进行比较,并建立一个新的摄氧量推算公式。另选取20名受试者检验新公式的精确性。结果 ACSM摄氧量推算公式应用于中国大学肥胖女生存在一定误差,新建立的功率车运动摄氧量推算公式有较好的精确性,该公式为:VO2(mL/min)=11.37 mL/(min.W)×功率(W)+3.5 mL/(kg.min)×体重(kg)+139.72 mL/min(R2=0.97,SEE=60.27 mL/min)。结论在对肥胖人群功率车运动摄氧量进行公式推算时,只有与建立公式的受试者属同质人群时才具精确性。 Objective To assess the accuracy of ACSM equations available for the prediction of energy intake during cycling among obese women undergraduates then to provide a new more accurate equation to estimate the oxygen uptake of cycle ergometry for obese women.Methods In this paper,there were 40 obese women as study object.Measures of cardiopulmonary responses to exercise were performed during a graded bicycle test entailing subsequent steady-state workload levels corresponding to 0,30,60,and 120 W,maintained for 3 min each,at a pedaling rate of 60 rpm on a constant load bicycle ergometer.Compare the measured oxygen uptake with the value predicted from the equations,generate a new equation from the measured value of the 40 samples,and cross validate the equation on a separate sample of women(n=20).Results The accuracy of the ACSM equations was limited.The new equation can predict the oxygen uptake of the obese women well,that is: VO2(mL/min)=11.37 mL/(min·W)×power(W)+3.5 mL/(kg·min)×body weight(kg)+139.72 mL/min(R2=0.97,SEE=60.27 mL/min).Conclusion Obesity may make an important effect on oxygen uptake of cycling,when estimate the oxygen uptake of the obesity we should use the equation that developed using the homogeneous samples.
