摘要 目的检测黑色素瘤抗原(MAGE)-D4基因在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织及正常组织中mRNA的表达水平差异。方法对54例NSCLC患者按年龄、性别、吸烟史、肿瘤大小、病理类型、细胞分化程度、淋巴结有否转移等进行分组,并检测其MAGE-D4的表达。结果MAGE-D4在NSCLC组织的表达(1.74)高于其在正常组织中的表达(0.55,P〈0.05)。MAGE-D4的表达与患者年龄、性别、烟龄、肿瘤大小无关;其在鳞癌中的表达(1.99)高于腺癌(1.27,P〈0.05);在细胞分化差的组织中表达(2.96)高于细胞分化较好的组织(1.01,P〈0.05);在淋巴结转移者中的表达(2.07)高于无淋巴结转移者(1.42,P〈0.05)。结论MAGE-134基因在NSCLC组织中有较高的表达水平,并存在一定的表达规律,可作为NSCLC的特异性抗原。 Objective To study the differential expression of melanoma antigen (MAGE)-134 gene in non-small cell lung caner (NSCLC) and normal lung tissue. Methods Fifty-four NSCI~ patients were classified by age, sex, smoke history, tumor size, pathologic type, cytodifferentiation, lymphatic metas- tasis. MAGE-D4 gene expression patterns were detected in NSCLC. Results The expression of MAGE-D4 gene in NSCLC was higher than that in normal lung tissue ( 1.74 vs 0. 55 ,P 〈0. 05). The expression level has no relationship with age, sex, smoke history and tumor size. The squamous cell carcinoma had a higer expression than adenocacinoma ( 1.99 vs 1.27, P 〈 0. 05). The expression in poorly differentiated tumor was higher than that in moderately differentiated tumor ( 2. 96 vs 1.01 P 〈 0. 05 ). The expression in NSCLC with lymphatic metastasis was higher than in that without lymphatic metastasis (2. 07 vs 1.42, P 〈 0. 05) . Conclusion MAGE-IM gene has a higher expression level in NSCLC and its expression may follow a certain rule. The MAGE-D4 gene could be potentially a specific NSCLC antigen.
