摘要
将鸡新城疫CS2株活疫苗9301、9302、9303批和9501、9502批分别在北京、天津等地进行田间试验,共免疫雏鸡35700只。免疫后鸡群均无不良反映,免后10dHI抗体几何平均值(GMT)达到1∶64～1∶362,起到良好保护作用。
Five batches of live vaccine from ND virus CS2 Strain were tested in the fild in Beijing and Tianjin. 10 days after vaccination the GMT of the HI titer of the 35790 vaccinated were 1∶64～1∶362.Trail indicated all these batches of vaccine were safe and efficient.
