摘要
兽医生物制品中甲醛的含量测定有乙酰丙酮法和碱性复红两种方法,我们选用有较好线性相关系数的乙酰丙酮法作为2000版《兽药典》方法。本方法测定油乳剂疫苗甲醛时,其回收率仅50%～70%,加入吐温-80乙醇液后,回收率提高到约100%,本文详细叙述测定方法。
There are two methods to determine the content of free formaldehyde in veterinary bioproducts (acetyacetone reagent and basic fuchsin regent). We selected the former, because of its good linearity. Determining formaldehyde in oil adjuvant vaccine, the recovery with this method was only 50%~70%. Added Tween 80 alcohol solution into determined solution, the recovery raised to near 100%. The method was reported in detail.
