摘要
从吐鲁番艾丁湖地区 6 4种土样中筛选到一株能产细胞外嗜碱性纤维素酶的极端嗜碱菌A0 4 ,细胞杆状 ,革兰氏染色阴性。该菌在含CMC培养基中产生细胞外纤维素酶 ,产酶的最适pH和NaCl浓度分别为 9.5和 0 .5%。酶反应最适温度为 4 0℃ ,在 pH9.5条件下产生较高的碱性纤维素酶。
An extreme basophilic bacterium bar-shaped and gram negative, which can secrete extra cellular alkaline cellu lose is selected from 64 kinds of soil samples gathered from the area of Ayding Lake of Turpan. This bacterium secretes extra cellular celluolse when in the medium of CMC, with the optimum pH of 9.5, and the NaCl concentration of 0.58, and the temperature of 40℃.
