摘要
针对无砟轨道板的封锚混凝土在长期使用后容易出现封锚脱落的现状,根据力学分析成果,成功研制了后张法预应力锚穴凿毛器。在锚穴内自动生成环形槽道,增强了封锚混凝土与锚穴的粘结强度,使预应力体系的耐用性得到有效的保证。
According to the current status that the anchor seal frequently exfoliates from the anchor seal concrete of the unballasted track plate,the paper researches the post-tensioning prestressed anchor pit chiseling machine according to the results of the dynamic analysis,indicates the ring channel flow can be formed automatically in the anchor pit,so it can improve the bond strength between the anchor seal concrete and the anchor pit,and also provide the effective ensurance for the durability of the prestressed system.
