工程造价管理存在的问题与改革思路

On problems in engineering cost management and its reform ideas

分析了当前建设工程造价管理体制中存在造价管理条块分割,市场供求关系失衡,全过程综合管理意识薄弱等主要问题,在此基础上提出造价管理改革的若干思路,以期指导实践,促进工程造价管理水平不断提高。

The paper analyzes the main problems in the engineering cost management system in current construction projects,including the segmentation of trap and block in the cost management,the loss of balance in market supply and demand,and the weak comprehensive management ideology in the whole process,and points out some ideas for the reform of the cost management,so as to direct the practice and to enhance the increasing improvement of the engineering cost management.
