摘要
针对当前企业在项目成本控制中存在的不足进行了分析,指出存在成本控制内容具有片面性、成本控制力度不够、控制方法缺乏科学性,并提出了相应的措施及对策,以期指导实践,为企业创造更高效益。
The paper analyzes the shortages in the cost control in programs of enterprises currently,points out the cost control is one-sided,the insufficient cost control and the lack of scientific proof in the cost control,and indicates the respective measures and strategies,so as to direct the practice and to create more efficient benefits.
