摘要
建设小康社会的重点在农村,难点在农民,农村全面实现小康的关键在于增强农村经济和增加农民收入。分析了当前制约农村经济发展和农民收入的主要因素,针对问题,提出相应的对策。
In the process of construction of comparatively well-off society,emphases lay in country and farmers.To enhance rural economics and increase the income of farmers was crux for all-round well-off society in country.The main factors of limited rural economics and incomes of farmers were researched,and the corresponding countermeasures were provided.
