温热式低周波配合自我锻炼治疗肩周炎的临床研究

摘要 目的:观察温热式低周波治疗肩周炎的疗效特点;方法:通过加州大学肩关节评分系统(University of California at LosAngeles,UCLA scoring system)对肩关节功能评定法,分别在治疗前、治疗1周、治疗2周进行评分、治疗后6周和治疗后12周进行随访评分;结果:温热式低周波配合自我锻炼既可以明显的缓解患者疼痛又可以一定程度的改善关节活动度;结论:温热式低周波配合自我锻炼对肩周炎康复治疗值得在临床上加以应用. Objective:To observe the warm low-frequency characteristics of the efficacy of treatment of frozen shoulder; Methods:Through the University of California at LosAngeles, UCLA scoring system to evaluate the shoulder? function, and record the score respectively, before treatment, 1 week, 2 weeks of treatment were scored after 6 weeks and 12weeks after treatment follow--up score;Results:Warm low-frequency therapy and self-exercise can obviously relieve pain in patients and improve joint range of motion ;Conclusions:Warm low-frequency therapy plus self-exercise therapy for frozen shoulder rehabilitation should be applied in clinical practice.
