股骨颈干角的大小与股骨颈骨折的关系的临床研究

The relationship between the size of the femoral neck fracture and femoral neck-shaft angle in the clinical research

目的：探讨股骨颈干角的大小与股骨颈骨折的关系，从而更好地预防老年性股骨颈骨折。方法：收集35例65岁以上股骨颈骨折患者的髋关节X线前后位平片，测量其颈干角的大小，并按颈干角度数从小到大分2组，统计每组的患者例。结果：2组的病例从小到大依次分为110°～125°为29例，126°～140°为6例。结论：股骨颈干角度数越大，越不容易发生股骨颈骨折；反之，则越容易发生股骨颈骨折。

Objective：Investigate the relationship between the size of the femoral neck fracture and femoral neck-shaft angle in the clinial researcal, in order to better prevention of senile fracture of neck of femur. Methods： To collect 35 cases over 65 years old patients with femolal neck fracture, and check their hip anteroposterior X-ray films to measure the size of the neck shaft angle, then press the neck-shaft ingle in degrees from small to large and divided into two groups, each group of patients with statistics. Results：The two groups in degrees fom small to large are： 110°-125 °adds up to 29 patients; 126°-140°adds up to 6 patients. Conclusion：The greater the number of femoral leck shaft angle, the less prone to femoral neck fracture;on the contrary, the more prone to femoral neck fracture.
