对于微生物研究及探讨

摘要 目前感染性疾病仍然是危害人类健康的重大隐患.随着新发和突发感染性疾病的涌现,曾已被控制的感染性疾病的卷土重来,造成感染性疾病的微生物种类日益复杂,常见的病原微生物的威胁不仅没有消除而且出现了大量耐药菌株,加上新的病原微生物的出现,给临床诊断和治疗带来了极大的困扰.严峻的现实给病原微生物的检测和诊断提出了更高的要求.世界卫生组织（WHO）对临床微生物实验室提出：临床微生物实验室尽可能把目标集中在快速诊断方面.利用一切手段将实验室数据转化为临床有用的信息.
