骨科卧床病人便秘的护理研究

便秘是是骨科卧床患者最常见的并发症之一,病因较为复杂,骨科卧床患者因为特殊的原因,卧床时间长,伤口疼痛等原因,导致生活方式和排便方式的改变,多数患者会出现便秘,引起一系列的不良反应.方法：采用自身对照研究的方法对骨科卧床并发便秘患者采取有效的护理对策,观察护理前后便秘症状及大便性状情况,给予评分量化比较.结论：对骨科长期卧床病人进行有效的护理,采用饮食以及生活习惯等指导,能有效的解决便秘问题.

Constipation is orthopaedic bed is one of the most common complication of patients, the etiology is relatively complex, orthopaedic bed because the cause of patients with special,lie in bed for a long time,such as pain wounds causes,way of life and the way of defecate change,most patients will appear constipation, cause a series of adverse reactions. Methods：The method to control their own research orthopaedic bed concurrent constipation patients take effective nursing countermeasures,observation and constipation symptoms and nursing shit traits, quantitative comparison to score. Conclusion：The orthopaedic in long-term effective nursing care of patients, the diet and lifestyle habits and guidance, can effectively solve the problem of constipation.
