羟化酶活性降低是心脑血管疾病的根源

摘要 目前世界各国医学界多年研究几乎已经达成共识:高血脂症即胆固醇及脂类代谢异常,是导致心脑血管疾病的"罪魁祸首".然而经过笔者多年来对心脑血管疾病的深入研究发现,7α-羟化酶(CYP7Α1)、25α-羟化酶(CYP25Α1)、27α-羟化酶(CYP27Α1)等多种羟化酶活性降低才是心脑血管疾病发病的根源.本文就羟化酶活性降低对胆固醇及酯类代谢的影响及其它相关作用机制进行了综述,并提出如何提高多种羟化酶的生物活性,使人类羟基化代谢途径正常化,从根源上预防人类的心脑血管疾病.
