运用聚焦超声波治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Application of focused ultrasound in the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Clinical Research

目的：采用聚焦超声波治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症，观察其改善腰臀部不适症状的治疗效果。方法：将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组60例采用聚焦超声波治疗，对照组60例采用中医针刺治疗，分别于治疗5天和10天后评定疗效。结果：观察组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论：聚焦超声波可显著改善中央型腰椎间盘突出症所致的腰臀部不适，且简便、安全无痛苦、无副作用，值得推广。

Objective：The focus ultrasonic treatment central type prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, observe the haunches improve the treatment effect of the symptoms. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into trial group and control group,including observation group of 60 patients with focus ultrasonic treatment, 60 cases by the control group acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,respectively,in 5 and 10 days after treatment evaluation results. Results：To observe the curative effect of group was better than control. Conclusion： Focus on ultrasonic can significantly improve the central type lumbar inter-vertebral disc herniation of the discomfort caused by haunches, simple, safe and no pain, no side effects,is worthy to be popularized.
