摘要
不断轨动态称量技术的应用,在一定程度上解决了传统动态轨道衡的一些弊端。这种新型的动态轨道衡省去了基坑、整体道床,称重轨和引轨的连接部分远离称量区,既安装方便,又提高了计量准确度。本文论述了不断轨轨道衡在包钢(集团)公司的应用及针对在运行中存在的问题所进行的技术改造。
Application of non-breaking railway scale weighing technology, to some extent, solve some drawbacks of the traditional motion railway scale, which save base pit and monolithic track bed. It makes convenient installation and improve the measurement accuracy in that weighing rail and lead rail connect away from weighing area. This paper discusses the application of non-breaking railway scale in my company and aiming at the existing problems in the operation of the technical reformation.
