高品质海洋旅游背景下的浙江海鲜饮食文化旅游探析

摘要 打造浙江海鲜饮食文化旅游是实现高品质海洋旅游的重要组成部分,而对海鲜饮食文化内涵的挖掘整理以及研究,将是打造浙江海鲜饮食文化旅游的至关因素。文章认为当前海鲜饮食文化研究的浅表性现状,致使浙江海鲜饮食文化旅游价值缺失。必须提升更高层次,加大力度挖掘、提炼浙江海鲜饮食文化。要把文化引人到海鲜饮食菜肴食品之中,融进整个海鲜饮食文化旅游之中。把浙江海鲜饮食文化的发展创新纳入到浙江海洋旅游整体发展体系中。融进地方特色旅游系列中。 To develop Zhejiang seafood culture tourism is an important part to achieve high-quality marine tourism. And the study of the connotation of seafood culture is the key point to build Zhejiang seafood cultural tourism. It is believed that the superficial situation of current seafood culture has caused the value loss of Zhejiang seafood cultural tourism. It is necessary to promote higher levels to increase the intensity of Zhejiang seafood culture. Culture should be introduced to seafood dishes and melted into the seafood cultural tourism. Zhejiang seafood culture development should be included in the innovation of Zhejiang ocean tourism development system and melted into the tourism series with local characteristics.
