舟山群岛新区背景下的舟山航运服务业发展探析

Analysis on Development of Shipping Service Industries in Zhoushan New District

舟山群岛新区建设的港航“十二五”规划中，发展现代航运业被确立为新的区域经济增长点。但现代航运业的壮大离不开航运服务业的培育和成熟。文章分析了目前舟山在发展航运服务中主要存在的问题，并提出舟山的航运服务业前景良好，可以从港口集疏运网络、航运服务园区、高附加值海事服务产业和人才的培养等几方面来做好工作。

In the ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ of harbor construction in Zhoushan Islands New District, the development of modern shipping industry is considered as a new economic growth point. And the modern shipping industry growth can not be separated from the development of shipping service industries. This article analyzes the main problems of current shipping services in Zhoushan and puts forward some suggestions to develop shipping services in Zhoushan from the following aspects like ports collection and distribution network, shipping services Park, high additional value and maritime service industry and talents cultivation.
